Nourishing Teens
Offering Essential Weekend Food Bags, Nutritious Snacks & Support to At-Risk Teens to Encourage At-Risk Teens to Complete High School
HART Pantry's mission is to provide support and encourage teens to finish high school and increase self-esteem. Our goal is to reach teens in local high schools in the West Valley who do not have enough food, basic clothing, toiletries, feminine hygiene products and refurbished bikes.
Non-Profit Organization for the Vulnerable Youth
With the ever increasing needs of local At-Risk Teens HART Pantry strives to provide food nourishment and basic care within 28 locations, including 26 high schools and 2 community centers. We extend our reach and impact by collaborating with various non-profits in the West Valley and receiving support from churches, civic organizations, corporations and the community at large.
Positive Change
Collaboration is at the core of HART Pantry. We work closely with local school administration identifying At-Risk Teens in need. Through partnerships with 28 locations including 26 high schools and 2 community centers in the West Valley, we distribute over 300 weekend bags and 450 nutritious supper bags weekly, ensuring consistent support for those facing food insecurity.
Nurturing Communities
More than a food provider, HART Pantry fosters a sense of community. We stand by our faith-based roots while embracing a collaborative spirit with diverse organizations, instilling hope and nourishment in the hearts and minds of the teens we serve.
